End User License Agreement (EULA)

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

This agreement ("EULA") is a public offer by Dmitry Vadimovich Grenev, individual entrepreneur ("Licensor"), and governs the use of the font software ("Font"). Payment together with acceptance of this EULA constitutes a contract between the Licensor and the buyer ("Licensee").

1. Subject

1.1 The Licensor supplies the Licensee with the Font files and grants the right to use them under this EULA.

1.2 The license is purchased once and is perpetual; the territory of use is all countries of the world. There are no recurring payments, no renewals and no subscription of any kind.

1.3 The license fee equals the license price stated on the Licensor's website at the time of ordering and is paid once.

1.4 Hosting the Font on the Licensor's servers, serving it over a network, and any similar services are not part of this agreement.

2. License Grant

2.1 The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Font with no limitations on the number of devices, impressions, or reproductions.

2.2 The Licensee may use the Font in any works and materials created with the Licensee's involvement.

2.3 The Font file may be temporarily shared with third parties solely for the purpose of completing such works and only for the duration of that work. No independent usage rights are granted to such parties.

2.4 The license covers the Font files received with the purchase, and any later versions of them supplied by the Licensor under the same order.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

— publish or distribute the Font file publicly;

— use the Font in online services, platforms, or applications that allow third parties to create content using the Font or to use it outside the Licensee's works;

— modify or decompile the Font file, or create derivative fonts based on it, without the Licensor's written consent;

— use the Font file for any other purpose or activity without the Licensee's involvement and without purchasing a separate license.

4. Warranties and Liability

4.1 The Licensee is responsible for compliance with this EULA and for ensuring compliance by any third party granted access to the Font file.

4.2 The Font is provided "as is". The Licensor does not warrant that the Font is fit for the Licensee's particular purposes or compatible with any particular software.

4.3 The Licensor's liability under this EULA is limited to the amount of the license fee paid.

4.4 Clauses 4.2 and 4.3 apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit any rights that by law cannot be limited by contract, including consumer rights.

5. Final Provisions

5.1 The license becomes effective upon full payment.

5.2 If the Licensee breaches Section 3, the Licensor may unilaterally terminate this agreement out of court by notice sent to the e-mail address given by the Licensee at the time of ordering. The right to use the Font ends when the notice is sent.

5.3 Refunds are made in the cases provided by law, and also where a technical defect in the Font file is not remedied by the Licensor within 30 calendar days of the Licensee reporting it.

5.4 This version of the EULA applies solely to licenses purchased and paid for during its effective period.

5.5 This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes with a Licensee that is a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur are resolved by the court at the Licensor's location; in all other cases jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.

5.6 This EULA is made in Russian; the English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Placing an order records your email address, and the IP address and browser identification of the request. The email address is what your files are sent to and how an order can be recovered; the rest is kept as evidence of when and from where a licence was accepted, which is what makes the agreement enforceable.

Payment is processed by T-Bank, which receives the payment details directly — this site never sees or stores card data. Email is delivered through Resend. Both are separate processors.

To have your data corrected or removed, write to the address above. Removal ends access to any files bought, because the order record is what proves the purchase.
